I have made this recipe for years. It never had pecans or a glaze until I decided it would be awesome to add the pecans and finish it with this glaze concoction. It is especially delicious with a cup of coffee and a great holiday cake recipe.

This cinnamon swirl Bundt cake is a cinnamon and pecan lover's dream. It's bursting with cinnamon flavor and full of pecans inside and out. The cake is tender and moist inside with a slight crust on the outside. Poured over the top is a browned butter glaze that's almost like a cinnamon-flavored praline glaze. It is guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser!

2 cgranulated sugar

2 csour cream

1 tspvanilla extract

3 call-purpose flour

1 Tbspbaking powder

2 tspbaking soda

1 pinchKosher salt

1 tspcinnamon

1/2 cchopped pecans
- FILLING
-
1/2 cgranulated sugar

2 tspcinnamon

1/4 cchopped pecans
- PECAN BROWN BUTTER GLAZE

4 Tbspbutter
-
1/2 cchopped pecans

1 tspcinnamon

1 cpowdered sugar
-
2 Tbspmilk
-
1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make cinnamon swirl bundt with pecan brown butter glaze

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

2Add one egg at a time mixing in between.

3Add sour cream and vanilla extract. Mix.

4Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

5Mix in dry ingredients in thirds. Mixing and scraping the sides of the bowl in between each third.

6Stir in pecans.

7Mix the filling ingredients in a separate bowl.

8Grease a Bundt pan and pour half of the cake batter into the pan. Smooth evenly. Pour the filling mixture over the layer of batter.

9Add the rest of the cake batter and smooth evenly.

10Bake for 50 - 60 minutes until a knife comes out clean and the cake is browned.

11Flip out onto a platter or cake plate.

12Melt butter and add cinnamon and pecans. Cook until butter starts to slightly brown. Add vanilla extract. Add to powdered sugar. Stir in milk.

13Pour over the cooled cake.
