    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar, light
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    pumpkin puree
  • CINNAMON SUGAR TOPPING
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make cinnamon sugar pumpkin cake

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x8" pan with cooking spray.

    Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.

    Add sugar and brown sugar. Whisk to combine.

    Add melted butter, mix until smooth.

    Add egg, vanilla and pumpkin puree. Mix until well combined.

    Pour into prepared pan.

    Make topping, whisking together cinnamon and sugar.

    Sprinkle topping over batter in pan.

    Bake 25-30 minutes.
