- CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 Tbspcream cheese, room temperature

2 Tbspconfectioners' sugar

1 tspmilk
- CAKE:

2 Tbspcinnamon applesauce

1 Tbspvegetable oil
-
1 Tbspbuttermilk
-
1/4 tsppure vanilla extract

1/4 call purpose flour
-
1 Tbspall purpose flour
-
2 1/2 Tbsplight brown sugar, firmly packed

3/4 tspcinnamon, ground

1 dashfreshly grated nutmeg

1/4 tspbaking powder

1/8 tspsalt
How To Make cinnamon roll mug cake

1CREAM CHEESE ICING: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl & whisk with a fork until smooth.

2CAKE: Combine all ingredients (minus Cream Cheese Icing) in a mug (or individual trifles) then whisk together with a fork until combine & nearly smooth. Microwave mixture on high power for 1 minute then check cake for doneness. If it is not fully cooked microwave for an additional 15 seconds. Serve warm topped with Cream Cheese Icing.
