Ingredients For cinnamon pudding cake
- IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN, BRING THE FOLLOWING TO A BOIL AND THEN REMOVE FROM HEAT:

2 cbrown sugar

1 Tbspbutter

1 1/2 cwater

1/2 tspground cinnamon
- COMBINE THE FOLLOWING IN A MIXING BOWL:

1 csugar
-
2 1/2 cflour
-
1/4 cunsweetened applesauce

2 tspbaking powder
-
1 cmilk
-
1 Tbspcinnamon
How To Make cinnamon pudding cake

1Grease and flour a 13"x9" cake pan and spread batter in the pan. The batter will be thick. Pat down with hands if necessary.

2Pour brown sugar liquid over the cake batter.

3Bake at 350 degrees until a knife comes out clean. About 50 minutes.

4Serve warm or cooled with whipped topping or ice cream.
