3/4 csplenda sweetener

1 tspground cinnamon

3/4 ccold milk
- FROSTING

3/4 ccrunchy peanut butter

3 Tbspmelted margarine

1 pkgcream cheese,softened

1 cconfectioners' sugar

1/2 ccold milk

1 1/2 tspcoconut extract

1 tspground cinnamon
How To Make cinnamon double peanut butter cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on a greased 9-inch square baking pan.

3In a large bowl,combine peanut butter,margarine and splenda sweetener.Add eggs and cinnamon;mix well.Combine flour,baking powder and sea salt; add alternately with milk to creamed mixture.Mix well.

4Pour into the pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.Cool on wire rack.

5For the frosting,combine peanut butter,margarine and cream cheese.Add sugar,milk and coconut extract;mix until smooth.

6Frost onto the cake and sprinkle cinnamon.
