3/4 cdark brown sugar

4 lgeggs, beaten

1 1/2 call-purpose flour

2 tspbaking powder

2 tspsea salt

3/4 ccold milk
- FROSTING

3/4 ccrunchy peanut butter

3 Tbspmelted margarine
-
8 ozcream cheese, softened

1 cconfectioners' sugar
-
3/4 ccold milk
-
1 1/2 Tbspcoconut extract

1 tspground cinnamon
How To Make cinnamon double peanut butter cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Coat a 9-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cinnamon/cane sugar.

3In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, margarine, and brown sugar. Add beaten eggs and cinnamon; mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Add alternately with milk to the creamed mixture; mix well.

4Pour into a prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely for 10 minutes.

5In a medium bowl, combine 6 ingredients; whisk well for 3 minutes until blended and smooth.
