  • 3 Tbsp
    cinnamon-sugar
  • 1 3/4 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 c
    margarine,softened
  • 3/4 c
    splenda sweetener
  • 4
    egg whites
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    sea salt
  • 3/4 c
    cold milk
  • FROSTING
  • 3/4 c
    crunchy peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    melted margarine
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese,softened
  • 1 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 c
    cold milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    coconut extract
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon

How To Make cinnamon double peanut butter cake

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on a greased 9-inch square baking pan.

    In a large bowl,combine peanut butter,margarine and splenda sweetener.Add eggs and cinnamon;mix well.Combine flour,baking powder and sea salt; add alternately with milk to creamed mixture.Mix well.

    Pour into the pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.Cool on wire rack.

    For the frosting,combine peanut butter,margarine and cream cheese.Add sugar,milk and coconut extract;mix until smooth.
