Sometimes a gluten-free/sugar-free girl just has to treat herself to a quick lil' snack cake... I adapted different mug cake recipes I'd tried to taste the way I liked.

1 Tbspcoconut oil (melted)

1 Tbsphoney

1/4 tspmexican vanilla

1/8 tspkosher salt (or just a pinch)

1/4 tspground cinnamon

1egg

1/3 calmond flour
How To Make "churro" mug cake

1Stir all ingredients except almond flour into a large mug until well blended.

2Mix in almond flour.

3Microwave 2 minutes on "high" (adjust for your particular model)

4Turn out onto plate (or eat straight from mug, if you wish)
