Ingredients For chunky peanut butter pudding cake

1 call purpose flour

1 1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1/3 cchunky peanut butter
-
2 Tbspcooking oil
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
1 1/2 chot water
-
hot fudge sauce
-
vanilla ice cream
How To Make chunky peanut butter pudding cake

1In a large bowl, combine flour, 3/4 cup of the brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk, peanut butter, cooking oil, and vanilla.

2Spread in a greased 8x8x2" baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining brown sugar. Carefully pour the hot water over the surface.

3Bake in a pre-heated 350-degree oven for 45 minutes. Drizzle hot fudge sauce over top and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
