24cupcakes (baked) any kind you want!

white cake icing (any kind)

1 - 2bag(s) of mini marshmallows

1/2 ccolored sugar
How To Make chrysanthemum cupcakes

1Apply a layer of white icing on top of cooled cupcakes.

2Grease scissors with non-stick cooking spray. Cut mini marshmallows into halves. (Each regular sized cupcake should use about 30 marshmallows).

3Press sticky side of cut marshmallows in colored sugar and arrange on top of iced cupcake, making tight and even circles to create the chrysanthemum. Start from the outside and move in.
