Ingredients For chop suey cake

  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    soda
  • 1 c
    unsweetened crushed pineapple undrained
  • 1 c
    nuts
  • ICING INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 c
    margarine
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2
    3 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    coconut(optional)

How To Make chop suey cake

  • 1
    Mix together all of cake ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350* for 35-45 minutes.

    Mix together all of icing ingredients and spread on top of cake.
