Ingredients For chocolate zucchini cake

2 1/2 cflour

1/2 cunsweetened, cocoa

2 1/2 tspbaking powder

1 1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt

1 tspcinnamon

3/4 cbutter
-
2 csugar
-
3eggs
-
2 tspgrated, orange peel
-
2 tspvanilla extract

2 ccoarsely, shredded, unpeeled zucchini (almost 4 medium). lightly packed

1/2 cmilk
-
1 cchopped walnuts
- GLAZE

2 cpowderd sugar

3 Tbspmilk

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make chocolate zucchini cake

1In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.

2In a large bowl, use electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3Stir in orange peel, vanilla and zucchini.

4Alternately stir flour mixture and milk into zucchini mixture, including nuts with last addition.

5Pour batter into a greased and floured dusted 10 inch tube or bundt pan. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for about 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

6Let cool. Prepare Glaze and drizzle over cooled cake.
