This is another big hit at family gatherings. I don't tell people it has zucchini in it until after they've tasted it.

Ingredients For chocolate zucchini cake

1/2 csoft butter

1/2 csafflower oil

1-3/4 csugar

2 lgeggs

1 tsppure vanilla

1/2 csour milk (i will give directions below how to make)

4 Tbspcocoa

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspcloves

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 cchopped pecans (optional)

1/4 cchocolate chips
-
2 cgrated zucchini
-
2-1/2 cflour
How To Make chocolate zucchini cake

1Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. (see how to section to make sour milk)

2In a separate bowl sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves & salt. Slowly add your flour mixture to the above creamy mixture. Stir until mixed well.

3Stir in your zucchini spoon into a 9x13 greased pan and sprinkle the top with the chocolate chips and nuts.

4Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes
