How To Make chocolate swiss roll

1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

2Beat the wet ingredients for the cake together then add the dry ingredients. Beat until well incorporated. Pour onto jelly roll pan and bake for about 10 minutes.

3sprinkle on a little powdered sugar and place a clean towel on top of the cake. Roll the cake from the long end and leave until cake is cooled.

4Mix the ingredients together for the filling. Gently unroll the cooled cake and fill with filling. Roll back up and slice into rounds.
