1 boxcake mix, devils food
- PISTACHIO FILLING

1 boxpudding, pistachio

1 cmilk

1 smtub of cool whip
- BUTTERCREAM CHERRY FROSTING

1 stickbutter, unsalted (softened)

1/3 cmilk

4 cpowdered sugar

marachino cherry juice

24marachino cherries for garnish
How To Make chocolate spumoni cupcakes

1Mix cake mix as directed on the box. Prepare cupcakes as directed. Let cool completely.

2Mix pudding mix and milk in a bowl. Beat until thick. Fold in Cool Whip. To fill the cupcakes, carve out a cone-shaped hole and squirt the pistachio whipped cream inside.

3Beat together butter and powdered sugar. Add desired amount of cherry juice for color and flavor. Add milk until frosting is desired consistency. Frost cupcakes and garnish with maraschino cherries. Refrigerate.
