1 3/4 csugar

3 Tbspcocoa powder

2/3 cpeanut butter

1/2 csour cream

- FROSTING:

1 stickbutter, softened

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1 lbpowdered sugar

How To Make chocolate peanut butter cake

1For the cake: Cream butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Add peanut butter and sour cream. Mix well. Gradually add flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Blend well at medium speed. Pour in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely.

2For the frosting: Blend butter and cream cheese well. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth. Spread on cool cake.

3Note: For a peanut butter frosting, instead of the butter, add 1/2 cup of peanut butter.
