chocolate pbj banana upside-down dump cake
(2 ratings)
This cake is so moist. Topped with vanilla ice cream it is just like a sundae. It was a hit at our church lunch.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
This is definitely not your traditional dump cake and Elvis would probably love it. It's a moist chocolate cake meshed with a peanut butter banana sandwich. The sliced banana cooks on the bottom and caramelizes with the peanut butter and jelly. It creates its own caramel sauce when flipped. Super easy to make, serve with a little caramel sauce drizzled over the top and a scoop of ice cream.
