I made a fat-free hot fudge cake recipe filled with rolled oats. Try it with the lite maple frosting.

1 boxGerman chocolate cake mix

1 1/2 calmond milk

3egg whites

3/4 ccanola oil

1 pkginstant chocolate pudding mix (3.5 oz)

1 chot fudge sauce
-
1 cquick cooking rolled oats
- LITE MAPLE FROSTING

1 pkglight whipped topping
-
1/2 calmond milk
-
16 ozlight cream cheese, softened

3/4 cplain Greek yogurt
-
3/4 clight maple syrup
How To Make hot fudge oatmeal cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with dark chocolate pieces.

2In a large bowl, combine cake mix, almond milk, egg whites, canola oil and pudding mix with an electric mixer at low speed for 5 minutes until moistened.

3Add hot fudge sauce and rolled oats. Beat again for 3 minutes on high speed. Pour into a prepared baking pan.

4Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted the center comes out clean. Cool completely.

5To make the lite maple frosting, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together for 3 minutes until smooth.

6Spread the frosting onto the cooled cake.
