Ingredients For chocolate mocha bundt cake

1 csemi sweet chocolate chips

2-3 Tbspinstant coffee powder
-
1/4 cwater
-
3 call purpose flour

2 csugar
-
1/2 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

1 cbutter, room temperature

3/4 cbuttermilk
-
4eggs
-
1 tsppure vanilla extract

glaze:
-
1 cpowdered sugar
-
2 ozunsweetened chocolate, melted

1/2 tsppure vanilla extract

1-2 Tbspwarm coffee or water
How To Make chocolate mocha bundt cake

1In a saucepan on low heat combine chocolate chips, water and instant coffee. Heat until chocolate melted and smooth. Remove from heat.

2In a large bowl combine all cake ingredients and cooled chocolate mixture. Beat at low speed to combine then 3 minutes at medium speed. Scrap bowl inbetween.

3Pour cake batter into greased and floured 12 cup BUNDT Pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 65-75 mintues or until cake taste done.

4Cool cake upright in pan 30 minutes then turn onto a cake plate. Cool cake completely.

5In a small bowl combine glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake.
