1/2 cbutter, softened

1/2 ccocoa powder, unsweetened and firmly packed

1/2 cmalted milk powder

1.75 chalf and half

1/2 tspsalt

3 tspbaking powder

2 cflour

4eggs

3/4 ccocoa powder, unsweetened and firmly packed

1 cmalted milk powder

1.33 csugar

2.5 cpowdered sugar
How To Make chocolate malt cake

1Preheat oven to 375.

2In a large bowl, combine together butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add malted milk powder and cocoa and beat just until mixed.

3Add eggs, beating well.

4Sift together dry ingredients, and add to chocolate mixture alternately with half and half.

5Spread evenly in a well greased 9 x 13 pan, and bake 35-40 minutes or until done; let cool in pan completely.

6Chocolate Malted Frosting: In a medium bowl, combine the half and half and malted milk powder; stir to combine, and let stand 15 minutes to dissolve the powder.

7In a medium bowl, beat together the butter and cocoa; add malted milk mixture and beat well, then add powdered sugar and beat on high; frost cake.
