This cake is so easy, and delicious..it's rich and very moist. The frosting is of a fudgey consistency. This cake is one of my daughters favorites.. If getting company at the last minute..this cake would be a great one to make. Enjoy! My photo's

Ingredients For chocolate fudge cherry cake

1 boxdevil's food cake mix (your favorite) - i used duncan heinz

1 - 22 oz cancherry pie filling
-
2eggs
-
1 tspalmond flavoring ( optional ) - i used vanilla
- FROSTING

5 Tbspbutter
-
1 csugar
-
1/3 cmilk
-
6 ozsemi sweet chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate fudge cherry cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Grease and flour a 13x9x2-inch pan.

2Mix cake mix, cherry pie filling, eggs, and flavoring by hand. Batter will be thick.

3Spread batter into the prepared cake pan.

4Bake at 350°for about 30 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

5For the frosting: Place sugar, butter, and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil for one minute. Remove from the heat and stir in chocolate chips until smooth.

6Pour over warm cake.
