1 cheavy cream

8 ozbittersweet chocolate

1 Tbspbutter, unsalted

1 Tbspred wine, dry

pound cake

bananas
-
strawberries, fresh
How To Make chocolate fondue

1If not in chip form, chop bittersweet chocolate into small pieces.

2Combine sugar, heavy cream, chocolate and butter in a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes (pull out when melted).

3Add red wine (I used Cabernet Sauvignon) to the chocolate mixture and stir to blend.

4Serve with bite-size pieces of pound cake, bananas and strawberries for dipping.
