This chocolate eclair cake is sure to satisfy a chocolate fix. This classic no-bake dessert is layers of goodness. The pudding layer is creamy and softens the graham cracker layer. Hot fudge is poured over the top and garnished with maraschino cherries. Once chilled, you get all of the flavors of an eclair without the work.

Ingredients For chocolate eclair cake

2 boxinstant French vanilla pudding (3.4 oz each)

3 cmilk

8 ozfrozen whipped topping, thawed

1 boxgraham crackers
-
1 jarhot fudge topping (11.75 oz)

1 jarmaraschino cherries (12 oz)
How To Make chocolate eclair cake

1Using an electric blender or wire whisk, blend pudding and milk in a large bowl until smooth.

2Stir in Cool Whip.

3Stir until creamy and well combined.

4Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with graham crackers.

5Pour and spread half of the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers.

6Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture.

7Spread the remaining pudding mixture onto the graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers.

8Place hot fudge topping in a microwavable bowl and heat for 1 minute. Stir and heat for 1 minute more. Stir again and pour over the top layer of the graham crackers. Spread until smooth.

9Garnish top with maraschino cherries. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or, for best results, overnight.
