I had recentely went to a Dove Chocolate Party.I ordered these Cappuccino Biscottini Chocolates. When i got them i tasted them and ohhh my are they good and thought " what am i going to do with these other then eating them all..lol. They have such a woderful sweet chocolately coffee flavor i decided to incorporate them into a coffee cake, This is what i came up with.

Ingredients For chocolate cuppuccino biscotti coffee cake

2 call purpose flour

1 cgranulated sugar
-
1 stickunstalted butter
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
2eggs
-
1 pkgdove cappuccino biscottini chocolates ground up in a blender seperated in half

1 csour cream
-
1 tspvanilla extract
- TOPPING
-
1/2 cgrantualted sugar

1/2 cchopped pecans
-
1/2the other ground up candies
How To Make chocolate cuppuccino biscotti coffee cake

1cream together butter and sugar, then mix in flour,baking soda and baking powder

2slowly add in sourcream and make sure not to over mix, then add in half of the ground up candies,mix together and pour into a springform pan sprayed with non stick spray.

3Mix together the other half of the candies, sugar and pecans and sprinkle over the cake batter and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degerees for about 45 mins. remove from oven, cool then unlatch the spring form pan and pull away from cake.
