1 cstrong black coffee

1/2 cvegetable oil

4 cpowdered sugar

1 ccreamy peanut butter

1/3 ccream

How To Make chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter icing

1Combine all dry ingredients and blend thoroughly.

2Add wet ingredients and beat until smooth. * coffee should be at room temperature as well, the eggs.

3Bake @350 for 20 minutes.

4Using mixer, whip icing ingredients until smooth & light. Add powdered sugar if needed to achieve consistency required.
