Ingredients For chocolate cookie sheet cake, mom's

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 stick
    butter
  • 4 Tbsp
    coca
  • 1 c
    water
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 pt
    buttermilk
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1
    cap vanilla

How To Make chocolate cookie sheet cake, mom's

    Combine flour and sugar and set aside. Cook butter, cocoa and water to rolling boil then add dry ingredients and mix well. Beat eggs into a 1 cup measure and fill the rest of the cup with buttermilk. Beat with soda and vanilla into the batter. Pour onto a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees 15-20 minutes.

    While cooling, bring margarine, cocoa and milk to a fill rolling boil. Add powdered sugar and spoon thickly over cake. Allow to harden, cut and serve.
