1/2 cbutter ( 1 stick ) softened

1 3/4 csugar

1/2 cvegetable oil

2eggs

1 tspvanilla extract

2 1/2 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspground cloves

1/2 cbuttermilk

2 cpeeled and shredded zucchini

2 csemi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate chip zucchini cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

3Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add to the creamed mixture alternately with the buttermilk. Stir in the zucchini.

4Pour into a greased 9 by 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack
