I made this for Christmas this year. It was so moist and delicious and one of the easiest recipe's I've come across in a long time. I found it in our local newspaper.

Ingredients For chocolate chip pound cake

  • 3/4 c
    chopped pecans
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    buttermilk
  • 1 box
    (18.5 oz.) yellow butter cake mix
  • 1 pkg
    (4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 pkg
    (6 oz) chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    cooking oil

How To Make chocolate chip pound cake

    Spray a Bundt pan with non-stick coating spray. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pan.

    Use an electric hand mixer for the batter, mixing remaining ingredients together all at once. Beat about 2 minutes.

    Pour or spoon batter over pecans. Bake at 325 F from 45 minutes to 1 hour. Test for doneness.
