Ingredients For chocolate chip banana bundt cake

  • 1 box
    white cake mix
  • 1 sm
    box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1
    mashed bananas
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/3 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 4 oz
    chocolate chips
  • GANACHE FROSTING
  • 6 oz
    chocolate chips melted
  • 1/4 c
    whipping cream

How To Make chocolate chip banana bundt cake

    Mix cake mix, vanilla pudding and baking powder together.

    Add eggs, water, oil, sour cream and bananas.

    Mix until all ingredients are moistened and smooth.

    Last add chocolate chips. Pour into sprayed bundt pan and bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm on top.

    Cool, invert onto plate. Melt the chocolate chips in double boiler until smooth. Add the whipping cream and mix well. Spread chocolate ganache over top of cake letting it drip down sides.
