Ingredients For chess pie

  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 11/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 stick
    butter (no sub)
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp
    white corn meal

How To Make chess pie

  • 1
    Beat the eggs,melted butter.Add the other ingredients put into an unbaked 9" pie shell. Bake at 350* for 30-50 mins. ( This is a custard )
