    white cake mix
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 can
    cherry pie filling
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar

How To Make cherry delight nutty cake

  • 1
    Separate cherries from liquid in the pie filling.Blend the liquid into the cake mix and eggs using mixer. When well blended, fold in the cherries.

    Pour into a lightly creased 9 X 13 inch cake pan. Spread evenly over the batter the chopped pecans mixed with the sugar.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes Cool. Frost with Cherry Cream Cheese frosting.

    Cherry Cream Cheese Frosting Mix 1 package cream cheese, 1 stick butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1/2 cup cherry preserves. Add a little maraschino cherry juice if desired for color.
