Everytime I make these for a get together, I bring copies of the recipe cause so many ask for it. In my picture I made the mini cupcakes to have plenty to go around.

Ingredients For cherry cheese cupcakes

  • 3/4 c
    graham crackers crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 3
    8oz. cream cheese ( room temp)
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1
    20 oz. can of cherry pie filling

How To Make cherry cheese cupcakes

    In small bowl combine crumbs,melted butter, and 1 tsp. sugar. In reg. size cupcake liner put 1/2 tsp. and pat down in cup. Place cream cheese, vanilla, 3/4c sugar, and eggs in mixing bowl and beat on high till mixed well. pour over crumbs about half full. Bake at 325 for 20-25 min. or just a hint of light brown. Cool and top with cherries.
