1 ckaukauna swiss cream cheese and cheddar mix from a cheese ball with nuts

1 cgranulated sugar

2 lgeggs

1 capple sauce
-
1 lgapple, 1/2 shredded , the other 1/2 diced

2 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

1 Tbspground cinnamon

1/4 tspground cloves

1 tsplemon extract

3/4 cchopped walnuts
How To Make cheesy apple walnut cake

1Cream cheese and sugar creaming well. Add eggs, apple sauce and extract. Blend well.Add flour,soda, baking powder,salt, cinnamon, and cloves.Stir in apples and nuts.

2Pour batter evenly in a well greased or sprayed 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350^for 25 minutes then at 325^ for 15 minutes. Test for doneness with wooden toothpick inserted in center of cake. Remove from oven and cool completely.

3Apple Sauce Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar 2 or 3 Tablespoon apple sauce 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 pinch cloves 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon butter chopped walnuts --- Combine all ingredients. Beating with a silver spoon until well mixed adding more powdered sugar or apple sauce as needed. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
