1 call-purpose flour

1/2 cold-fashioned oatmeal

1 Tbsppowdered sugar

2 Tbspbutter, melted

5 Tbsporange juice, divided

1 1/2 tspvanilla extract or almond extract, divided

1 - 8 oz pkgreduced fat cream cheese

1/2 cnonfat vanilla yogurt (greek preferred)

1/2 csugar
-
1 lgegg
-
2 lgegg whites
How To Make cheesecake squares - "diabetic friendly"

1PREHEAT:Oven to 350 degrees F.
COAT:9x9x2" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
IN:A small mixing bowl, combine with fork: flour, oatmeal, powdered sugar, melted butter, 2 Tbsp. orange juice & 1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract.
PRESS:Into bottom of prepared pan.
BAKE:10 minutes. -
2IN:Medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, yogurt, and sugar, until creamy.
ADD:Egg, egg whites, 3 Tbsp. orange juice, and 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract, until creamy. -
3POUR:Into partially baked crust.
BAKE:40 minutes, until center is set.
COOL: completely and refrigerate.
CUT: Into squares.
SERVE:With fresh berries.
