Ingredients For cheesecake bars
- CRUST

2/3 cmargarine, softened

2/3 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2 cflour
-
1 cwalnuts, chopped
- FILLING

1/2 csugar

2 pkgcream cheese, room temperature (8 ounces each)

2eggs

4 Tbspmilk

2 Tbsplemon juice

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make cheesecake bars

1Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Cream margarine and sugar.

3Add flour and nuts. Mix. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping. Press remainder into bottom of pan. Bake 12-15 minutes.

4Blend sugar with cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, milk,lemon juice, and vanilla. Beat well.

5Spread over baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.

6Bake for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into 1 inch squares.
