I love these little cheese cake balls they are very fun to make and you can make them in many different flavors.

Ingredients For cheese cake balls

  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 pkg
    graham cracker crumbs vanilla or chocolate
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract or your favorite flavor
  • 1 pkg
    chocolate bark candy coating, melted
  • 1 can
    strawberry glaze

How To Make cheese cake balls

    Mix your cream cheese and vanilla or what ever flavor you like together until smooth, add your graham cracker crumbs to your mixture and mix together until well incorporated.

    Put the mixture into the fridge and let chill for about 30 minutes. Remove from the fridge and using a Mellon baller scoop and roll into balls and place on wax paper.

    Once you are done making the balls put them back in the fridge to chill again. Once chilled melt your chocolate bark you can also use white chocolate.

    Dip your balls into the chocolate and drizzle with the strawberry glaze. Chill until you're ready to serve.
