I love these little cheese cake balls they are very fun to make and you can make them in many different flavors.

Ingredients For cheese cake balls

2 pkgcream cheese, room temperature

1 pkggraham cracker crumbs vanilla or chocolate

1 1/2 tspvanilla extract or your favorite flavor

1 pkgchocolate bark candy coating, melted

1 canstrawberry glaze
How To Make cheese cake balls

1Mix your cream cheese and vanilla or what ever flavor you like together until smooth, add your graham cracker crumbs to your mixture and mix together until well incorporated.

2Put the mixture into the fridge and let chill for about 30 minutes. Remove from the fridge and using a Mellon baller scoop and roll into balls and place on wax paper.

3Once you are done making the balls put them back in the fridge to chill again. Once chilled melt your chocolate bark you can also use white chocolate.

4Dip your balls into the chocolate and drizzle with the strawberry glaze. Chill until you're ready to serve.
