1 ptsour cream
- TOPPING INGREDIENTS

1/2 tspvanilla extract

24 ozcream cheese, softened

3eggs, well beaten

1 csugar
- FILLING INGREDIENTS

6 Tbspbutter, melted

2 Tbspsugar

1 1/2 tspcinnamon

1 2/3 cgraham cracker crumbs

1/2 tspvanilla extract
How To Make cheese cake

1Combine crust ingredients and pat into bottom and sides of pan.

2Beat cream cheese thoroughly; add sugar gradually; add eggs in thirds; add vanilla; pour into prepared pan.

3Bake at 375 for 25 minutes; remove from oven and add topping.

4To prepare topping, whip sour cream; add sugar and vanilla, and pour over cake.

5Continue baking at 500 for 5 minutes.

6Important - chill at LEAST 24 hours.
