1/2 tspcinnamon

1/2 ozcereal nuggets

2 Tbspbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

3 ozwheat flakes, crushed
How To Make cereal crunch coffee cake

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Spray an 8\" square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

3To prepare topping, in small saucepan, melt 1 teaspoon margarine.

4Remove from the heat and stir in 2 tablespoons of the sugar, the cereal and the cinnamon;set aside.

5On wax paper, combine the flour, raisins, baking powder, salt and nutmeg; set aside.

6In a small bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the remaining margarine and sugar until fluffy.

7Add the egg and beat until blended.

8Beat in the milk and wheat flakes until combined. Add the dry ingredients to the bowl, stirring just until combined.

9Spoon the batter into prepared pan.

10Sprinkle on the topping.

11Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

12Cool 10 minutes.
