Ingredients For carrot pound cake

    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c
    grated carrots
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1 can
    20 oz can of crushed pineapple well drained
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make carrot pound cake

    Combine eggs, sugar and oil in a large mixing bowl; beat well.

    Gradually beat in flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.

    Stir in carrots, nuts, pineapple and vanilla.

    Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr and 15 minutes.
