2 tspbaking soda

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1 csugar

1 coil

4beaten eggs

2 cgrated carrot

1 1/4 cdrained pineapple
- ICING

8 ozcream cheese

1/2 cbutter
-
2 cicing sugar

1 tspvanilla
How To Make carrot cake with cream cheese icing

1Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar, oil and eggs. Mix. Add carrot and pineapple. Mix well.

2Pour into a buttered and floured pan and bake for 55 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool on wire wrack.

3Icing Sugar: Place cream cheese, butter, icing sugar and vanilla in a bowl and cream until smooth. Spread over cooled cake.
