  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    carrots, grated
  • 1/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 12 slice
    cinnamon raisin bread, crusts removed

How To Make carrot cake tea sandwiches

    In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, carrots, sugar and pecans; stir to mix well.

    Spread cream cheese mixture on half of bread slices. top with remaining bread slices.
