8 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1/2 ccarrots, grated

1/4 cpowdered sugar

1/4 cpecans, chopped

12 slicecinnamon raisin bread, crusts removed
How To Make carrot cake tea sandwiches

1In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, carrots, sugar and pecans; stir to mix well.

2Spread cream cheese mixture on half of bread slices. top with remaining bread slices.

3Cut sandwiches into fingers
