    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    liquid shortening
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    soda
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 3
    small jars baby food carrots (or 2 large)
  • FROSTING:
  • 4 tsp
    margarine
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 3 1/2 c
    powdered sugar

How To Make carrot cake, sherry's

  • 1
    Bake cake at 350 degrees in 9x13 or 2 round cake pans.
