1 csugar

1 cmazola oil

3eggs

1 tspsalt

1 1/2 cflour

1 1/3 tspsoda

1 1/3 tsppowder

1 1/3 tspcinnamon

2 cgrated carrots

1/2 cchopped nuts

3/4 craisins
- ICING:
-
4 ozcream cheese
-
1/4 cbutter
-
2 tspvanilla
-
powdered sugar (about 1/2 box)
How To Make carrot cake, ma

1Combine sugar and oil with mixer. Add eggs, one at a time beating well. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture, beating well. Fold in carrots, raisins and nuts. Put in greased layer cake pans Bake in 300 degree oven for one hour.

2ICING: Combine cream cheese with melted butter and add sugar to good spreading consistency. Add vanilla and frost cake.
