    carrots, grated

    pineapple, crushed, drained
  • 1/2 c
    coconut, flaked
  • 2 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamin
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

    HEAT OVEN 350, Grease 9 X 13 baking dish.

    CREAM together : oil, sugar, 3 eggs. ADD : carrots, pineapple, coconut.
