Ingredients For carrot cake

  • 4
    eggs, beaten
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    carrots, grated
  • 1 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1 c
    walnuts, chopped
  • 3 c
    flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • ICING
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 tsp
    milk
  • 6 oz
    cream cheese

How To Make carrot cake

  • 1
    Mix all the above ingredients together, except the ingredients for the icing.

    Pour into a bundt pan or springform pan.
  • 3
    Bake at 350, for about 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • 4
    Mix icing ingredients, and ice when cake is cooled.
