Ingredients For carrot cake

1 1/4 cvegetable oil

2 csugar

2 1/4 cflour

1 smcan crushed pineapple,drained

4eggs,beaten

2 tspcinnamon

2 tspbaking soda

2 ccarrots,grated
- ICING:

1 stickbutter,softened
-
18 ounce pkg.cream cheese,softened
-
1 boxpowdered sugar
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1 1/2 cchopped pecans
How To Make carrot cake

1Blend cake ingredients,bake in 3 round greased and floured cake pans.Bake at 350 degrees.cake is done when it releases from the sides of pan.

2Icing:cream butter and cream cheese until smooth.Slowly blend in powdered sugar,then add vanilla,then pecans.
