20 ozcrushed pineapple-drained

8 ozcream cheese

1cube of butter

How To Make carrot cake

1Preheat oven to 350.Mix together: flour, sugar,soda, salt, cinnamon, and oil.

2Add eggs, carrots, pineapple and 3/4 cups nuts. Bake for 45 minutes.

3While baking: mix cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar for frosting. Garnish with 1 cup of nuts.
