Ingredients For carrot bars

4eggs
-
2 cgranulated sugar

1 cvegetable oil

2 call-purpose flour

2 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt
-
2 tspcinnamon
-
1 cchopped pecans
-
3 jarbaby food carrots (small jars)
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

18-oz. package cream cheese, softened
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
1 stickbutter or margarine, softened

1 boxsifted confectioners' sugar
How To Make carrot bars

1Mix together eggs, sugar, and oil.

2Add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, pecans, and carrots to the eggs/sugar/oil mixture.

3Bake in two (2) 9"x13" greased and floured pans at 350 for 25 minutes.

4Cool cakes.

5Beat together all frosting ingredients and spread on cakes. So delicious and so easy!
