Ingredients For carrot bars

  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    crisco oil
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 3 jar
    small jars baby food strained carrots
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How To Make carrot bars

    Mix well. Spread on well greased cookie sheet (12 1/2 x 15 1/2"). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes. Let cool. Frosting: 1 lb. box powdered sugar, 4 T. margarine, 1 tsp. vanilla, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened. Beat together and spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle with one cup chopped nuts.
