- BASE INGREDIENTS

1/2 ccaramel ice cream topping

3/4 tspcinnamon

1 capples, peeled and chopped

1/2 csour cream

3eggs

2 Tbspflour

2/3 csugar

2 pkgcream cheese, 8 ounces each, softened
- BODY INGREDIENTS

1/3 csugar

1/3 cbutter

1/4 cchopped pecans
How To Make caramel-apple sundae cheesecake

1BASE: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

2Blend in egg.

3Add flour; mix well.

4Spread dough onto bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan.

5Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.

6BODY: Combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed until well blended.

7Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

8Blend in sour cream.

9Toss apples in remaining sugar and cinnamon.

10Stir into cream cheese mixture.

11Pour over crust.

12Swirl 1/4 cup caramel topping into cream cheese mixture.

13Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

14Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.

15Chill and top with remaining caramel topping and pecans.
