Ingredients For canoli cheesecake
- CRUST

6cinnamon graham crackers
-
1/2 stickbutter melted

4 Tbspsugar
- CHEESECAKE FILLING

3 boxcream cheese, softened

1 csugar
-
2eggs
-
1/2 tspvanilla extract

1/2 cwhite chocolate chips
-
1/2 cmilk chocolate chips
How To Make canoli cheesecake

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees In a food processor put your 6 cinnamon graham crackers with 4 tbsp of sugar and process until fine crumbs.

2While food processor is going put 1/2 stick of butter in microwave to melt.

3Pour the graham cracker crumbs & sugar in to a bowl and add the butter and fork it until it's all combined.

4I used a 9 inch round pan that I lined with foil. I packed the graham cracker crumbs in the pan.

5For the filling put the softened cream cheese in your mixing bowl and beat until creamy.

6add the sugar, continue to beat.

7add one egg at a time and beat until combined.

8add second egg and beat until combined.

9add 1/2 tsp vanilla and mix until creamy.

10once its mixed well pour into the cake pan.

11Sprinkle white and milk chocolate chips on top.

12bake for 1 hour, 10 minutes

13it will be jiggly but it should be perfectly set, once cooled. Let cool over night and remove from pan, slice and serve.
