I used MOUNDS for the candy bars because they are my fave. I am sure u can use any other candybar that u prefer.These brownies are very irrestible!

21.9oz. chocolate-covered coconut candy bars

1/2 cshortening

1 csugar

1 tspvanilla

2eggs

1 call-purpose flour

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 cchopped nuts
How To Make candy bar brownies

1Heat oven to 350.Grease 9-inch square pan.In medium saucepan over low heat,melt candy bars and shortening,stirring occasionally until chocolate and shortening are melted.Add sugar and vanilla;blend well.Add eggs 1 at a time,beating well after each addition.Stir in flour,salt and nuts;mix well.Spread in greased pan.

2Bake for 25 to 35 minutes until top springs back when touched lightly in center.Cool completely;cut into bars.
